Well, we made it! The end, the end of a long exhausting year has arrived. As we look back at our performance over the past year, we should all feel a little exhausted. Exhaustion is a good thing, a sign of hard work. But let us not be confused. Hard work done with a hardened heart can be counter-productive. It can destroy a cause, a team, a company. Hard work done with a heart for suffering, a heart that desires wisdom, a heart concerned with putting others first can often be the most productive. A much wiser man than I once said, “Honor and rank is for those who have prepared themselves for it, and worked very hard to get it." I firmly believe that hard work coupled with a humble heart can still get the job done. It may be tiresome and exhausting but at the end of the day, it’s the only thing that still makes sense.
So, as I take a look back at this year I feel humbled. God has blessed this business and I pray He continues to use this business for His glory.
To my team: Thank you for inspiring me to come to work every day and work hard.
To our candidates: Thank you from our entire team for giving us the amazing opportunity to serve you during your job search.
To our customers: Thank you for entrusting us with the very important task of placing quality individuals in your facility.
I will end with a quote from J. Oswald Sanders, “True greatness, true leadership is found in giving yourself in service to others, not in coaxing or inducing others to serve you. True service is never without cost. Often it comes with a bitter cup of challenges and a painful baptism of suffering.”
Here's to an exhausting 2016! #JoinTheSquad
